Job Description - Conceptualize, brainstorm, imagine, and develop creative ideas and executions for social. - Very strong writing skills with ability to transition seamlessly between different voices and styles. - Proven ability to write engaging copy for social posts, digital content, ad campaigns, video scripts and storyboards. - Extensive knowledge of all current social platforms and familiarity with emerging social platforms. - Deep knowledge of metrics and optimization. - Deep knowledge of paid media and unique advertising offerings by platform - Day-to-day management of all social media channels, including scheduling/posting content, monitoring conversations, and responding to comments/inquiries in a timely manner - Ensure all copy clearly communicates the marketing message, layout and brand voice - Monitor/research competitors and trends across multiple social media platforms and propose new content ideas on a regular basis - Other work assigned by the directly manager

Requirements - Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Media, or any relevant field. - Minimum of 3 years of work experience as a Social Media, Content Strategist, Content Creator, Copywriter or similar role. Prefer have b2b marketing experience. - Digitally native, with a strong understanding of copy best practices across social media platforms - Exceptional copywriting, editing, and communications skills - Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn - Portfolio of published articles/writing samples. - Strong listening and communication skills. - Excellent writing and editing skills in Vietnamese (English is a plus) - Experience creating strong, engaging content.
