Mô tả Công việc

Job Description - Work with Procurement/agencies/suppliers for store design and POSM Materials - Create a brand plan and brand strategy and ensuring all aspects of the company’s marketing and activities align with the ethos and goals of the brand - On-going control of annual trade marketing budget and plan different subsidy fee for regions - Regular visits & relationship building with all regions over Vietnam - Analyze results of retail channel, in depth analysis of competition, distribution models - Build/use systematic monitoring system to track and maintain brand visual/design in Vietnam - Assist and educate regions with marketing related work and implanted HQ policy and marketing campaign to regions - Other work assigned by the directly manager

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

Requirements - University degree, preferable in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising - At least 3-5 years of experience in marketing or trade marketing department within retail, FMCG, building materials sector, including retail network & brand / product management - Familiar with development & execution of trade marketing campaigns, loyalty programs, market analysis and data collection - Proficiency in English and Vietnamese communication skill, knowing Chinese is a plus - Excellent command of MS Office, especially Excel, social media platforms
