Mô tả Công việc

Amazon is seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Manager (Content and Communications) for the Amazon Global Selling. This person will be responsible for building VNGS brand awareness and activation to motivate prospect sellers to start their selling on Amazon journeys. This person will be chartered with various marketing channels and activities, which can enable scalable approaches to Vietnamese prospects and selling partners in Vietnam. To be successful in this role candidate will need to be an innovator, communicator, influencer, and problem solver. Candidates will need to be highly analytical, think and act fast, and be apt at finding creative solutions to complex problems. The Marketing Manager (Content and Communications) will work closely with our digital/social marketing agency and internal cross-functions (content, education, commercial, PR, legal and public policy teams) to build, execute and report on a series of activities to generate awareness and leads for follow-ups. He/she would engage with potential selling partners through all communication channels. Working with the commercial team, he/she would also develop a calendar of content/communication activities to boost Vietnam Global Selling awareness and credibility. He/she will create positive experience, deliver relevant content and insightful key messages to the targeted audience.

JD:

• Own, develop and implement content and communications marketing plan/calendar/activities to drive nationwide AGS awareness and SP engagement.

• Own, develop and implement content and communications-related assets.

• Own digital/content/communications metrics and its development processes.

• Build and develop close relationships with SP communities.

• Demonstrable ability to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling and influential communications.

• Build reports to provide visibility on content and communications marketing results, effectiveness and conversions.

• Monitor all media channels at the real time, on a daily basis, to provide prompt and active support to SPs.

• Maintain a strong up-to-date knowledge of SPs ecosystem, resources and internal processes.

• Keep track of updated content creation guidelines and resources, develop communication materials, review and seek approval ahead of deadlines.

• Actively seek solutions through researching and liaising with relevant internal teams and identify trends and ideas for improvement.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related fields.

• 7+ years of relevant work experience in marketing content and communications, preferably in the e-Commerce, retail, technology, or B2B industries.

• 4+ years’ experience in content management and communications at same position.

• Demonstrated track record in developing and implementing marketing strategies and crafting marketing content.

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.

• Experience in corporate communications, pitch deck and case study development.

• Excellent discernment, great aesthetic sense, keen eyes for details and commitment to the highest quality standards.

• Able to think strategically and creatively beyond typical parameters, strong in problem-solving.

• Experience managing online marketing channels including social, video, media and website.

• Deep understanding of major social media platforms including analytics and business management tools.

• Familiarity with the B2B sales cycle and how to employ marketing communications strategies to nurture leads, drive adoption and accelerate growth.

• Deep understanding of and passion for e-commerce.

• A team player with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and partners.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of experience in social media marketing and community building.

• 3+ years of content development and brand building experience.

• 2+ year experience in PR.

• Experience working in company for B2B and/or B2B2C product/services.

• Proven track record of developing and managing multiple marketing programs simultaneously.

• Strong prioritization and time management skills, with a high degree of flexibility.

• Solid experience in pitching to, developing and managing relationships with senior management of corporate customers.

• Understanding of how to use content marketing to generate awareness and qualified leads.

• Familiarity with local manufacturing and making money online (MMO) scenes in Vietnam.

• Experience building, launching and reporting on campaigns using Salesforce or similar CRM tools.

• Experience with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Experience Manager.

• Meets/exceeds Amazon’s leadership principles requirements for this role.

• Global e-commerce experience.
