1. Client Service:

• Understand client needs and provide relevant solutions and consultation.
• Maintain day-to-day communication and foster relationships with clients.
• Organize and prepare for client meetings effectively.

2. Project Management:

• Assist the Line Senior in executing assigned tasks with attention to detail.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions, project management, and performance reporting.
• Effectively debrief and align internal team members on project updates and objectives.
• Monitor project timelines and address any delays or issues by coordinating with teams (Content, Production, Technical, Suppliers, etc.).
• Keep track of paperwork tasks, including workflow control, meetings, minutes, estimates, records, checking, etc under the direction of Line Senior.

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

• Prior experience in a similar role is highly preferred.
• Background in Marketing, Communications, or related fields; final-year students who can commit to full-time work are encouraged to apply.
• A good command of English, especially speaking and writing skills, is a must.
• Hard-working, proactive, open-minded, and highly responsible.
• Demonstrates a positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a commitment to delivering quality results.
