Mô tả Công việc

1. Client Service & Account Management Collaborate with the Sales team and other specialized departments to deliver advertising services to clients, including but not limited to:

• Consulting on visual direction, campaign setup, and management of advertising campaigns across the AWING network;
• Negotiating terms, handling service-related documents such as contracts and orders, and managing acceptance processes as required by both clients and the company.

2. Operational Support Support the Team Leader in internal operations, including but not limited to:

• Creating internal training materials;
• Contributing ideas for system feature improvements or new feature development based on client needs;
• Managing and training junior account team members (if any).

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an Account role at advertising agencies or in departments related to Marketing/Advertising;
• Strong people management skills; candidates with prior leadership experience are preferred;
• Proven ability in project management;
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
• Strong logical thinking and tech-savviness;
• Basic proficiency in design tools such as Illustrator and Photoshop is a plus, along with a good eye for aesthetics;
• English proficiency equivalent to IELTS 6.5 or higher.
