Mô tả Công việc

A. Employer Branding: 80% 1) Branding - Monitor and develop social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Zalo, YouTube, Tik Tok,...) including posts and contents, designs, responses,... - Create/write contents and edit videos for posting social networks and channels. - Support in delivering employee engagement and communication. 2) Talent pool management - Set up and manage all talents pools for recruiting demand (both on-line and off-line). - Propose and deliver plan for special talent pipeline campaigns including Internship, Management Trainee program... in order to support business growth and transformation. - Cooperate with related partners such as job boards, universities/colleges... - Organize recruiting events (career day, job fair, career talk....) B. Recruitment: 20% - Be in charge of job posting and data management on the recruitment online system. - Be in charge of internal recruitment board/referral promote. - Ensure recruitment in sufficient quantity, time and quality for all projects. - Coordinate with Project Manager to forecast demand and make recruitment plan, organize casting and train staff of project before taking the tasks. - Build database and labor sources through recruitment channels on community groups, social networks, forums and websites. - Update the labor situation and advise the Project Manager on appropriate and competitive salary and KPI bonus policies compared to the market. - Implement and monitor Facebook Ads Campaign, choosing suitable strategies/tactics/tools to attract candidates and reach potential audiences, tracking and measuring the result of campaigns/projects.

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

- Bachelor degree in communications, journalism, literature, marketing or other related fields; - At least 06 months of experience in Employer Branding, Marketing or Content; - Strong passion for HR; - Knowledge in Marketing Online, Digital Marketing is PREFERRED; - Ability to use Photoshop, AI, Canva, CapCut,...; - "Can-do" attitude, result-oriented, eager learning and quick adaptation; - Good sense of caring people and company culture; - Good at communication and problem-solving; - Ability to observe and capture trends.
