- Get and clarify the brief from client and understand it deeply - Get the right and dig down consumer insights - Give the exact proposition & creative directions to creative team - Brief design team and follow up designs - Brainstorm to devise a big idea - Coordinate with Account team and Design team to create a WOW proposal with solution strategies, communication plan, creative activities in line with Client’s marketing strategy.

- Creative, passionate for innovative marketing solutions - Excellent presentation skills with Powerpoint (writing and visual), presentation skill. - Dynamic, high motivation, communication skill. - 1-2 years experience in strategic planning - Logical thinking and analytical skills - Good English usage in 4 skills & Vietnamese fluency
