JOB SUMMARY

• As a UI UX Designer at DNA, one is responsible for conveying our clients’ brand stories into effective on-brand visual experiences.

RESPONSIBLITIES:

1. Develop new solutions and better experience: 65%

• Understand and translate user & business problems into elegant solutions or products
• Execute the digital product vision by researching, wireframing, sketching, prototyping, mocking up the interaction and design idea
• Review the usability, visual language and integrity of the product regularly
• Implement and iterate on designs and flows to ensure consistency across the project
• Manage and coordinate design guidelines, best practices and standards

2. Organize & report: 35%

• Help shape the strategic vision and goals for the entire UX/UI design team
• Support other teams with ideas and creative solutions that enhance the effectiveness of projects
• Provide regular, actionable performance feedback and reviews
• Monitor project schedules and ensure projects are delivered on time
• Other tasks as assigned from time to time

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

1. Experience & Knowledge:

• Graduation from design school or college/ university with major in Multimedia Design, Graphic Communication or the likes
• At least 1-2 years of professional design experience. Experience in UI and UX design is preferred.
• Strong portfolio of design work, showing solutions to business problems through effective stories and design

• Progressive learning attitude - always seek self-improvement and solutions to enhance project outcome; readily change for growth
• Accountability
• Conceptual thinking
• A multidisciplinary design mind: be willing to immerse in a variety of disciplines
• Great skills & deep understanding of design principles, human-centred design techniques and approaches
• Fluency in design tools - Ability to perform illustration/ 3D is preferred.
• Good communication and presentation skills; be able to do it in English is a plus.
