Mô tả Công việc

What You Will Do - Collaborate with the team to define the terminology of project liquidation in the advertising industry. - Follow up with the team to obtain comprehensive sales supporting documents (Contracts, Liquidation, Invoice, prepare payment & PO for KOL etc.) - Follow up project liquidation and payment progress. - Processing a high volume of product orders. - Processing invoices for all sales transactions. - Support others tasks if needed.

Who You Are - Bachelor’s degree, fresh graduates, or students in the final year of university with majors in Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, Commerce… - Eloquent in English and Vietnamese. - Good communication skills. - Good organization and documentation skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, task management systems). - Careful and be able to work with numbers, paperwork. - Ability to work in multicultural teams. - No working experiences required, although students with dynamic experience in school/social activities are preferred - Entitled as full-time student during 6-month internship period.
