Our Planners are responsible for using data and research to plan and define the creative brief for new campaigns. They establish the strategic vision for the campaign and provide data-driven strategic direction and guidelines from which our creatives can do their magic. Key Responsibilities: • Develop the strategic vision for campaigns • Giving guidance to the creative team on strategic direction and vision for the campaign • Define the target, scope and other relevant parameters for campaigns • Source and analyse data relevant for campaigns • Keep up-to-date with cultural/social trends and consumers’ views and attitudes in the market and use these insights for the benefit of client campaigns • Evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns • Make presentations to clients and staff • Participate in pitches and new project briefs

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

• At least 5 years’ experience in a planning positing at an advertising agency • Excellent presentation and verbal communication skills • Takes an interest in consumer behaviour and market trends • Strong data analytic skills • Understanding of branding and communications • Be energetic and passionate with a can-do spirit
