Mô tả Công việc

Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets;

Approach potential leads, conduct meetings, prepare proposals and follow up to close deals with big & medium customers;

Understanding client needs and provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales supports;

Collaborate with Campaign Operation team to execute campaigns and ensure the best quality of service;

Coordinate, manage and resolve account maintenance issues

Oversee, maintain and upgrade existing accounts to ensure ongoing client satisfaction;

Collaborate with leader to secure, retain, and grow accounts;

Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events;

Make sales reports and keep records of sales, revenue, database, invoice, liquidation,etc…;

Participate training and coaching scheme

Collaborate with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; execute and maintain short- and long-term business development plans;

Meeting all Quotas/KPIs for calls, appointments, pitches, sales, collecting payment, etc…

Having Social Media and Marketing knowledge is a good advantage

Have at least 2 years in the same level with proven sales records
