Rekha is the Co-founder & CEO of Seer Strategy Studio, a boutique brand consulting and storytelling company. She is a Post graduate in Communication and an MBA with a career spanning nearly 20 years. Over this period, she has worked across Regional and Global Markets and shaped highly effective marketing initiatives for some of the world’s biggest and best companies including Procter&Gamble, Pepsi, Frito Lay's, Unilever, Uber, Glaxo SmithKline, Coca-Cola, Reckitt Benckiser and Lazada among others. Some of her previous roles include Global Planning Director at Ogilvy Singapore, Regional Planning Director at Saatchi & Saatchi Singapore and Managing Director & Group Chief Strategy Officer at The Phibious Group, Vietnam. Her work lives across many markets including South East Asia, India, Korea, Australia, Russia and Mexico. In 2018, she started her entrepreneurial journey, co-founding Seer Strategy Studio. Based in Vietnam, Seer combines the business savvy, incisive thinking of consulting companies with the idea-centric imaginative thinking of creative companies to drive discontinuous business growth for clients.
