An introvert learns to enjoy and be successful in a chaos, dynamic and non-stop changing environment like Marketing Communications. After nearly 3 years learning Communications major in RMIT University and 8 months working in a local agency, Trang has discovered her role in the game: planner, the one who can identify clients problems and recommend the best solution that marketing can provide, as well as support the creative partners to be "creative" in the right direction. Trang is motivated by the eagerness when learning about new industries and the mentoring from her clients, superiors, and colleagues. She enjoys working with data, identifying the insights of people and supporting her team to contribute the most helpful solution for clients.
