Phi Nguyen is currently Founder & CEO of Hiip. Prior to founding Hiip, Phi managed Southeast Asian markets of Agro-Indus, a leading agriculture turnkey solutions and machinery company in Malaysia (2010-2011) and then served as Director of IMAS Communications (2012 – 2015). He graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration at Vietnam National University - HCM City. In 2015, he was honored to receive a "Certificate of Entrepreneurship & Innovation" from Israel's Agency for International Development Cooperation by the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Hiip is a leading influencer platform in Southeast Asia that helps brands & advertisers to find, connect and work with right influencers at scale, based on big data and AI technology. Since its official launching in early 2016, Hiip has helped 500 international and local brands with successful influencer marketing campaigns. On the other hand, Hiip has worked with 10,000 social influencers to co-operate with leading brands and get paid. Hiip has 4 offices in Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Bangkok, and Jakarta.
