How to cure "workaholic" disease when working at home?

Do you feel that you ended up having to work "more" during "work from home" vs. when in office? Likely feeling more exhausted too? Apparently, you are hardly alone.
Here is my thought, I think we need to add "Tiny lags" during your workdays to help with this.
Contextual wise, we are in a "confined space" for a "prolonged period of time"; carrying in out both work and life.
This context already creates some buildup of "space-time fatigue".
Yet, we ended up working more because all our team members are on "virtual collaboration mode" where "Real life lag" is no more presented.
"Real life lag" was when we move around real world. From room to room; from building to building as we proceed to different meetings or collaborations. As physic dictates, moving across space would take time.

Since we are at (very much) same space WFH that "Real life lag" is gone. Hence, we ended up work more for longer period of time (not always results in more productivities some would say).
Suggestion is to build in "Tiny lags" between activities/meetings/interactions. Take 5 after every meeting; pause for yr favorite songs; brew yr favorite tea. Anything a real life lag would account for; as to give yourself a subconscious space.
This should help with not burning yrself from trying to move the world forward when you sit still.
The same way Tesla cars have built in "artificial engine sound" giving driver sensation of "about to drive". This “Tiny lag” would bring to life sensation of "being alive to live” not just to work more.
With good intention and great grit; this too shall pass, and you shall prevail.
