Job Summary
At Qualgo, we believe great products begin with a deep understanding of people and their needs. We’re looking for a Product Designer who’s passionate about creating intuitive, delightful, and impactful experiences. In this role, you’ll transform insights into design solutions — from early concepts and wireframes to polished interfaces and prototypes that shape our product vision.
If you also bring strong visual design sensibilities and enjoy crafting content that makes user interactions clear and meaningful, that will be a strong plus.
This role is ideal for someone who combines curiosity, empathy, and problem-solving skills — and wants to influence meaningful decisions in a fast-growing tech environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with Product Management leadership to define product direction, strategy, and roadmap for high-priority product initiatives.
- Partner with Product Managers, UX Researchers, and Data Analysts to generate insights through diverse research methods (usability testing, customer interviews, analytics, competitive benchmarking).
- Contribute to shaping Qualgo’s Design System, global design patterns, and scalable workflows.
- Translate complex product requirements into intuitive, functional, and visually engaging user experiences.
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure accurate design implementation, and continuously review quality during development.
- Conduct user testing, gather feedback, and iterate quickly to deliver the best possible UI/UX outcomes.
Requirements
- Require:
- Proven track record of applying user-centered design methodologies throughout the product lifecycle (research, ideation, wireframing, high-fidelity design, prototyping, usability testing).
- Strong understanding of platform guidelines (iOS Human Interface Guidelines, Android Material Design).
- Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with modern design tools (Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent).
- Strong conceptual skills with the ability to rapidly prototype and visualize ideas.
- Broad design skill set with deep expertise in at least one domain (UI, Interaction, Motion, or Visual Design).
- Nice to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, Visual Design, HCI, or related field.
- 5+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio (preferably in AI, Security, Drone technology, or Chat applications).
- Experience building or maintaining a Design System at scale.
- Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/React basics)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
