Role overview

The Employer Branding & Communication Executive will develop and execute strategies to enhance the organization’s reputation as an employer of choice. This role focuses on creating compelling narratives, campaigns, and initiatives that attract, engage, and retain top talent while promoting the company’s culture, values, and mission. The ideal candidate is a creative, strategic thinker with strong communication skills and a passion for building an authentic employer brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Strategy Development: Design and implement employer branding strategies aligned with the company’s mission, vision, and values to attract top talent.
  • Content Creation: Develop engaging content for various platforms, including social media, career websites, blogs, and videos, to showcase company culture and employee experiences.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute employer branding campaigns, including recruitment marketing, employee advocacy programs, and talent engagement initiatives.
  • Social Media & Digital Presence: Manage employer branding presence on platforms like LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and other relevant channels to enhance visibility and reputation.
  • Employee Engagement: Collaborate with HR and internal teams to promote employee stories, testimonials, and initiatives that reflect the company’s culture and values.
  • Metrics & Analytics: Track and analyze the effectiveness of employer branding initiatives using KPIs such as candidate attraction rates, employee engagement scores, and brand sentiment.
  • Event Coordination: Represent the company at career fairs, industry events, and networking opportunities to promote the employer brand.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, communications, and talent acquisition teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor employer branding strategies, and best practices to keep the company competitive in the talent market.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or corporate communications.
  • Skills:
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and social media platforms.
    • Strong project management and organizational skills.
    • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
    • Creative storytelling and brand-building skills.

  • Preferred Qualifications:

    • Familiarity with video production or graphic design.
