Job Summary
The Communication & Employer Branding Lead will shape and execute strategies to strengthen the organization’s reputation both as an employer of choice and as a thought leader in the tech industry. This role goes beyond talent attraction, encompassing press relations, media strategy, internal communication, and employer branding initiatives. The ideal candidate combines strategic vision with hands-on execution, is skilled at building press and media relationships, and passionate about creating authentic brand narratives that engage both external and internal audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Employer Branding & Talent Marketing (30%)
- In charge of Qualgo brand management. Lead the design and execution of employer branding strategies that highlight the company’s culture, mission, and values.
- Collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition on recruitment campaigns, ensuring a consistent employer brand experience across the entire employee lifecycle – from candidate journey and onboarding to engagement and retention.
- Partner with universities, communities, and external stakeholders to strengthen employer brand visibility.
Internal Communication & Engagement (20%)
- Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, Leadership & Cross-functional teams to build a strong, engaging internal communication framework.
- Lead initiatives that promote company culture, values, and recognition programs.
- Ensure internal messaging consistency and clarity during organizational changes, product launches, and key milestones.
Strategic Communication & Media Relations (20%)
- Develop and implement integrated communication strategies aligned with the company’s business goals and brand positioning.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, and industry stakeholders.
- Draft and refine press releases, media kits, speeches, and thought-leadership articles for leadership.
- Act as the primary point of contact for press inquiries, ensuring consistent and positive media coverage.
Content & Storytelling (15%)
- Oversee the creation and distribution of high-quality content across external (press, social media, career sites) and internal channels.
- Curate and promote employee stories, success cases, and company initiatives to enhance both employer brand and corporate reputation.
Analytics & Continuous Improvement (15%)
- Track and measure the impact of communication and employer branding campaigns (media reach, engagement, brand perception).
- Benchmark against competitors and industry standards to continuously refine and optimize strategies.
Requirements:
Must have:
- Strong experience in media relations and proven track record of successful press coverage.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills in English & Vietnamese (press releases, speeches, executive communication).
- Solid knowledge of employer branding and employee engagement practices.
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to align across HR, Marketing, and Leadership.
Nice-to-have
- Experience in tech/startup environment.
- Ability to combine strategic planning with hands-on execution.
- Creative, resourceful, and agile mindset.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
Experience: 6–8 years of experience in Communications, Employer Branding, PR, or Marketing, with at least 2 years in a lead/manager role.
Skills:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and social media platforms.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Creative storytelling and brand-building skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with employer review platforms (e.g., Glassdoor, Indeed).
