1. Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Brand Executive to join our Brand Team within the Marketing Department. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving the execution of brand marketing initiatives for our cybersecurity app, which is designed for a mass user audience. Your responsibilities will include managing external agencies, coordinating campaign workflows, and meticulously reporting on campaign performance to ensure our brand messages effectively reach and resonate with our target audience.
2. Key Responsibilities
Cross-Functional Campaign Development & Execution
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to understand the product roadmap, new features, and technical aspects to translate them into compelling branding initiatives and marketing ideas that resonate with mass users.
- Partner with the Brand Designer to develop campaign concepts into compelling Key Visuals.
- Collaborate with the Content Executive to bring the campaign’s big idea into life.
- Develop and manage project timelines for marketing initiatives, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and deadlines are met.
External Agency & Vendor Management
- Act as a primary point of contact for external marketing agencies, freelancers, and service providers.
- Develop clear creative and project briefs for external partners, ensuring they align with campaign objectives, brand guidelines, and budget.
- Oversee the day-to-day execution of campaigns managed by external agencies, ensuring quality, timeliness, and adherence to brand standards.
- Manage relationships, negotiate contracts (as needed, in conjunction with Procurement & Legal), and ensure optimal performance and ROI from external partners.
Brand & Marketing Operations
- Support in budget tracking for specific campaigns and initiatives.
- Ensure all brand marketing materials and communications are consistent with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and overall marketing strategy.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges for the brand.
- Assist in the development and localization of marketing materials for different user segments as needed.
- Maintain organized documentation of campaigns, assets, and performance reports.
3. Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Brand Marketing, Campaign Management or a similar role, preferably in a B2C environment.
- Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Creative teams.
- Demonstrable experience in managing external agencies and vendors.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign reporting, KPI tracking, and data analysis.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred
- Experience working with a technology product, ideally a mobile app or software.
- Understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in marketing a cybersecurity product to a mass consumer audience (e.g. building trust, simplifying complex concepts).
- Experience with A/B testing and other campaign optimization techniques.
