[HCM][KAYEVENT] Senior Show Producer
Key Responsibilities
1. Role & Scope
- Take full ownership of performance and stage production (performances, visuals, sound, lighting, stage effects, etc.) across the company’s event and show projects.
- Act as the quality owner for all stage-related elements, ensuring the overall audience experience aligns with the approved concept, objectives, and budget.
- Participate in building, refining, and standardizing show production processes and guidelines for the Producer team.
- Define and elevate show and stage production standards across the Producer team.
- Mentor and share hands-on production experience with junior Producers through real projects.
2. Concept Development & Pitching Phase
- Collaborate with Account and Planning teams to analyze client briefs, objectives, and brand spirit.
- Develop performance concepts, stage structures, and emotional flow of the program.
- Contribute to proposal development and client pitching, providing an artistic vision aligned with practical production solutions.
3. Show Production & Operations Phase
- Take full responsibility for the quality of stage and performance execution, including:
- Performances & talents
- Visuals & LED content
- Sound, lighting, and stage effects
- Work directly with directors, choreographers, artists, and technical partners.
- Plan and coordinate rehearsals, technical run-throughs, and full dress rehearsals.
- Make timely on-site decisions to ensure smooth and seamless show operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in show or event production involving stage production, performance, live shows, and special effects.
- Proven experience in roles such as Senior Show Producer / Show Producer, Stage Manager / Event Manager, or other creative–production positions closely related to stage and live performance.
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end production process of a live show, including rehearsals, dress rehearsals, and live show execution.
- Strong aesthetic sense, creative mindset, and the ability to maintain artistic quality under high-pressure environments.
- Existing networks with artists, directors, choreographers, and technical crews is a strong advantage.
