[HCM][KAYEVENT] Employee Experience Staff

Employee Experience Staff is responsible for building, delivering, and maintaining a positive employee experience through:

  • Internal & external communications
  • Company events, engagement activities, and culture-building initiatives
  • Daily administrative and operational experiences

=> This role acts as a connector of people, a culture ambassador, and a driver of company spirit and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

1. Internal Communication & Employee Bonding Activities – 50%

  • Propose ideas and organize internal activities such as bonding events, workshops, company events, and company trips (on a monthly basis).
  • Propose ideas, plan, and execute monthly/quarterly internal communication activities related to company culture, internal events, announcements, and employee engagement campaigns.
  • Produce internal communication content: write posts, announcements, and content for mini campaigns (birthdays, anniversaries, onboarding, internal activities, etc.).
  • Manage and operate internal communication channels: company chat groups, internal Facebook groups, email communications, notice boards, etc.

2. External Communication – 25%

  • Manage and develop content across the company’s external communication channels such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and Website (on a non-daily basis).
  • Plan weekly/monthly content related to company culture, projects, events, case studies, employee branding, and recruitment (based on HR requests).
  • Write, edit, and optimize content and visuals/videos according to the content plan.
  • Monitor basic communication performance (reach, engagement, interactions), compile reports, and propose improvements.

3. Administration & Employee Experience Operations – 25%

  • Manage and support employees’ daily administrative experiences (business trip bookings, mail handling, equipment management, etc.).
  • Ensure administrative processes are clear, organized, and employee-friendly, contributing to a positive daily working experience.

Requirements

Experience & Knowledge

  • Knowledge or experience in communications and internal event organization.
  • Experience in Content Creation / Social Media is a strong advantage.

Skills

  • Strong writing skills with clear content thinking; ability to effectively leverage AI tools to support work.
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills and flexibility in working with multiple departments.
  • Proficiency in office software; familiarity with communication tools such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Canva, etc.
