Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Senior Multimedia Designer to join our creative team. You will play a vital role in developing visually stunning and innovative designs for major brands across automotive, mom-and-baby care, FMCG, and banking industries. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative professional with strong multimedia expertise to lead projects, mentor junior designers, and deliver impactful campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Graphic Design

- Produce high-quality 2D and 3D designs for key visuals (KV), TVC, banner ads, social media, and engagement content.
- Ensure all deliverables follow brand guidelines and align with current design trends.
- Take part in internal creative projects (e.g., blind box design initiatives) to explore new ideas and broaden skills.

• Project Coordination

- Collaborate closely with Planners, Account teams, and other stakeholders to understand client needs and deliver on time.
- Actively contribute to brainstorming and the development of marketing campaigns.
- Provide guidance, mentoring, and training to junior staff, especially interns.

• Quality Assurance

- Guarantee the quality of design deliverables before client submission.
- Revise and refine outputs based on feedback from clients and internal teams.

Key Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Digital Design, Graphic Design, Graphic Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of professional design experience, preferably at a digital agency.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating solutions to business problems through effective design.

• Skills

- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects, and Blender.
- Strong creative thinking with the ability to propose innovative design ideas.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Good time management, able to work effectively under pressure.

• Preferred

- Knowledge of design trends and emerging design tools.
- Experience with automotive, dairy, consumer goods, or banking industries.
- Strong English language skills.
