[HCM][Agency] TBWA Group Vietnam: Senior Account Executive (Social)

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Senior Project Executive to join our team and play a key role in delivering social-led, integrated campaigns. You will work closely with the Project Manager to drive execution, coordinate timelines, manage resources, and ensure smooth collaboration across departments.

This is a great role for someone who has solid experience in execution and wants to grow toward a project lead in the near future..

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate day-to-day execution of social-led communication campaigns, ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Creative, Planning, Social, Media) and external vendors (KOLs, production houses, community platforms, etc.) to bring campaign ideas to life.
• Translate strategic plans into clear action steps and detailed timelines, working under the direction of line manager.
• Track project progress, flag risks, and work with line manager to troubleshoot issues early.
• Oversee junior team members provide guidance, and ensure task clarity.
• Prepare recap decks, meeting notes, and project documentation with a high level of accuracy.
• Handle admin work including contracts, supplier follow-up, and internal process coordination.

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 2 years working in a creative / communication agency as an Account Executive or relevant positions and want to improve your skill in these fields.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; able to manage multiples tasks and stakeholders smoothly and timely
• Experience working on social-first campaigns and understanding of how social can drive integrated brand experiences.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Experience collaborating with creative, content, and other relevant third parties
• Detailed-oriented, proactive and solution-driven
• Able to guide junior members while still being hands-on in execution

• Good client service mindset, with the ability to anticipate needs and act proactively.
• Proficient in English (both spoken and written)
