ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Proactively support the development and execution of business projects, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
- Assist in managing project scopes, timelines, and processes to meet business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Strategic Planning, Digital Media, Creative, Social, etc.) and external stakeholders to align on deliverables and ensure smooth coordination.
- Build and nurture relationships with third-party vendors and partners, ensuring quality and timely delivery of services/products.
- Coordinate and support administrative tasks including meeting setup, documentation, contract management, and internal records under the supervision of the line manager.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar role within a creative agency or business development setting.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple timelines.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a client service mindset.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong presentation and proposal writing skills.
- Ability to move from analysis to concept and persuasively introduce new ideas
- Understanding of deadlines, budget management and deliverables
- Flexible thinking and open minded
- Good at both of working in team and individually
