[HCM][Agency] TBWA Group Vietnam: Content Creator

At TBWA\Group Vietnam, we're looking for a hands-on Content Creator to produce engaging, social-first content across assigned brands and projects.
Working closely with Social Creative and other creative team members, you will bring content ideas to life through shooting, editing, and lightweight productions. You will use a mix of production, editing, and AI-powered creative tools to create fast, relevant, and platform-native content that meets brand and creative standards.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Produce social-first content through shooting, editing, and simple in-house productions.
• Translate creative direction and content ideas into engaging video, visual, and short-form social assets.
• Work closely with Social Creative to develop and execute content for monthly social calendars and campaigns.
• Shoot and edit content optimized for different social platforms and formats.
• Leverage AI-powered creative and editing tools to enhance production speed, quality, and creative possibilities.
• Adapt existing assets into locally relevant and platform-native content formats.
• Support content production from preparation and shooting through editing and final delivery.
• Ensure all outputs meet agreed creative, brand, and technical quality standards.
QUALIFICATIONS
• 3+ years of experience as a Content Creator, Videographer, Video Editor, Shooter/Editor, or similar role within an advertising, digital, social, production, or creative environment.
• Proven experience producing short-form and social-first video content.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating hands-on shooting, editing, and content production capabilities.
• Experience working across multiple brands, content formats, and fast-paced production requirements.
• Experience using AI-powered creative tools in content production is an advantage.
SKILLS
• Strong hands-on shooting, video editing, and visual storytelling skills.
• Good understanding of social platforms, short-form formats, and platform-native content.
• Proficiency in video editing and content production tools.
• Comfortable experimenting with AI-powered creative and editing tools.
• Strong visual sense, attention to detail, and ability to execute creative direction effectively.
• Ability to work quickly, collaboratively, and manage multiple content deliverables.
