[HCM][Agency] TBWA Group Vietnam: C&B Data & Analytics Specialist

At TBWA\Group Vietnam, we are looking for a C&B Data & Analytics Specialist to take ownership of core C&B operations while helping transform the way we manage people data, payroll and workforce costs.

This role goes beyond traditional C&B administration.

You will work across HR, Finance and HRM systems to ensure data accuracy, identify insights and improve the way C&B processes are managed.

🔎 WHAT YOU WILL DO

C&B Operations

• Manage offers, labor contracts, onboarding and offboarding procedures.
• Handle Social Insurance, Health Insurance, Unemployment Insurance and Personal Income Tax.
• Process monthly payroll, bonuses and allowances with high accuracy.
• Reconcile payroll data across HRM – Excel – Finance/Accounting.

Data & Analytics

• Consolidate and standardize employee and payroll data from multiple sources.
• Identify discrepancies and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Build management reports on payroll costs, headcount and turnover.
• Analyze C&B data and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Support the development of salary & KPI schemes by position and level.

Process Improvement

• Identify gaps in current C&B processes and recommend practical improvements.
• Reduce manual work through better data management and system utilization.
• Contribute to building a more structured, transparent and data-driven C&B operation.

🎯 WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO

• Has 3+ years of hands-on C&B / Payroll experience.
• Has strong knowledge of Labor Law, Social Insurance and PIT regulations.
• Is highly comfortable with numbers, Excel and data analysis.
• Has a strong eye for detail and enjoys finding the “why” behind data discrepancies.
• Takes ownership and works independently.
• Doesn't simply follow existing processes — you constantly ask:
• “Can we do this better?”
• Is interested in using data and technology to improve HR operations.

⭐ A PLUS IF YOU HAVE

• Experience managing C&B for multiple companies/branches.
• Experience working with HRM / payroll systems.
• Experience working with Tax, Social Insurance authorities or auditors.
• Experience in HR reporting, workforce analytics or people cost analysis.
