[HCM][Agency] TBWA Group Vietnam: Associate Account Manager / Account Manager (IMC strong Social)

We are looking for an Associate Account Manager / Account Manager who is passionate about social media, influencer marketing, and brand engagement to join our dynamic Business Development team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Business Development & Client Growth
- Perform thorough research on potential clients, and devise and execute strategic plans to secure new accounts.
- Lead new business pitches, overseeing the entire process from initiation to completion (with support from the Senior Account Manager/ Group Account Director for key projects).
- Develop compelling proposals and presentations to win new business.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to enhance partnerships and expand service offerings.
- Take an active and proactive approach in developing and implementing strategies to upsell and cross-sell services, presenting proposals that maximize revenue opportunities.
- Conduct regular assessments of existing accounts to evaluate performance and identify growth opportunities.
Strategic Account Management
- Support the development of campaign strategies by gathering insights on market trends, client needs, and competitive activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, strategy, project management team and production) to ensure client objectives are met effectively.
- Monitor and evaluate campaign effectiveness, providing recommendations for improvements and future planning.
- Apply market insights to optimize campaign strategies and drive client success.
Innovation & Thought Leadership
- Drive innovation and make a meaningful impact within the company.
- Research client demands and market trends in social commerce, influencer marketing, and digital.
- Work with internal teams and partners to develop and commercialize innovative products.
- Create case studies, apply for industry awards, and establish thought leadership.
- Explore innovative approaches to influencer collaboration and engagement.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 4-5+ years of experience in advertising, influencer marketing, or digital strategy (agency experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of social platforms and influencer marketing ecosystems.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing campaign performance.
- Proactive, innovative, and highly adaptable to fast-changing digital landscapes.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is a must.
