[HCM][Agency] TBWA Group Vietnam: Art Director (Creative Lead)

At TBWA\Group Vietnam, we're looking for an experienced Art Director (Creative Lead) to lead the creative output of the S Team—an AI-powered Content Factory delivering high-quality, social-first content at speed and scale.

As the Creative Lead, you will translate campaign briefs into clear creative direction, lead both art and copy development, leverage AI-powered creative workflows, and guide a multidisciplinary team to consistently produce engaging, platform-native content aligned with brand objectives.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the creative direction of the Content Factory, ensuring high-quality, social-first creative across all content outputs.
• Partner closely with Brand Teams to translate campaign briefs into actionable creative direction and content opportunities.
• Allocate work across designers, video editors, copywriters, and content creators, providing creative leadership throughout production.
• Drive concept development from briefing to execution, ensuring strong integration between art and copy.
• Champion AI-powered creative workflows, leveraging AI tools to accelerate ideation, asset creation, adaptation, and creative consistency.
• Continuously explore, evaluate, and integrate emerging AI tools into the creative pipeline to maximize visual output, production efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
• Train and mentor creative team members on AI tools, workflows, and best practices, fostering an AI-native creative culture and continuously upskilling the team.
• Review and approve creative assets, ensuring they meet brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and platform best practices.
• Supervise open shoots and provide on-site creative direction for social-first content production.
• Continuously optimize creative quality, production efficiency, and content workflows to support a high-performing Content Factory.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3–5 years of experience as an Art Director, Creative Lead, or Senior Designer within an advertising, digital, or creative agency.
• Strong portfolio showcasing social-first campaigns, digital content, and integrated creative work.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary creative teams in fast-paced production environments.

SKILLS

• Strong conceptual thinking, visual storytelling, and creative leadership.
• Ability to lead both art and copy development from brief to execution.
• Deep understanding of social platforms, content trends, and platform-native creative.
• Advanced hands-on experience across a broad ecosystem of AI creative tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Magnific, Runway, Kling, etc.), with the ability to select the right tools for different creative challenges.
• Proven ability to build AI-powered creative workflows that significantly improve visual quality, production speed, and scalability.
• Strong capability in coaching and enabling creative teams to effectively adopt AI tools, establish best practices, and continuously evolve AI-driven production workflows.
• Experience managing high-volume content production while maintaining creative excellence.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
