[HCM][Agency] TBWA Group Vietnam: Account Executive (IMC)

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Proactively support the development and execution of business projects, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
• Assist in managing project scopes, timelines, and processes to meet business objectives.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (Strategic Planning, Digital Media, Creative, Social, etc.) and external stakeholders to align on deliverables and ensure smooth coordination.
• Build and nurture relationships with third-party vendors and partners, ensuring quality and timely delivery of services/products.
• Coordinate and support administrative tasks including meeting setup, documentation, contract management, and internal records under the supervision of the line manager.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role within a creative agency or business development setting.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple timelines.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a client service mindset.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Strong presentation and proposal writing skills.
• Ability to move from analysis to concept and persuasively introduce new ideas
• Understanding of deadlines, budget management and deliverables
• Flexible thinking and open minded
• Good at both of working in team and individually
