[HCM][Agency] Ripples Commerce: Tuyển vị trí Content Planner

Ripples Commerce is a top-tier Media & eCommerce agency in Thailand and is currently Officially launching our operations in Vietnam.

We are looking for high-potential candidates who are eager to grow with the company, with strong exposure to:

Our target audience and clients are primarily Thai brands and partners looking to expand their business into the Vietnam market.

1. RESPONSIBILITY:

1.1. Content Planning & Strategy

  • Develop and manage content plans & calendars (weekly / monthly / campaign-based) across multiple platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Shopee, Lazada, Website), aligned with brand direction, client briefs, objectives, and feedback.
  • Plan content according to Customer Journey & Funnel stages (Awareness – Consideration – Conversion).
  • Define Content angles, Key messages, Hooks, and CTA aligned with brand strategy, campaign objectives, and eCommerce goals.

1.2. Content Execution & Coordination

  • Create and/or oversee content formats including:
  • Short videos (TikTok/Reels/Shorts)
  • Social posts & captions
  • Product page content (title, description, key selling points.
  • Campaign landing pages, banners, livestream scripts (basic level)
  • Work closely with Internal teams to ensure content is executed correctly and on time.

1.3. Performance & Optimization

  • Track and analyze content performance metrics: reach, engagement, CTR, CVR, content contribution to sales.
  • Conduct content testing & optimization (hook, format, caption, CTA).
  • Propose data-driven improvements based on insights and learning.
  • Take ownership of content quality and performance for assigned brands or campaigns.

1.4. Creativity & Innovation

  • Generate new content ideas, formats, and storytelling approaches suitable for social & eCommerce platforms.
  • Stay updated on platform trends, algorithms, and user behavior (TikTok & eCommerce feeds).

1.5. Team Support

  • Support content direction and provide guidance for junior content team members when needed.

2. REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 2–3 years of experience in Content Marketing, Content Planning, Copywriting, or Digital Marketing (preferably in eCommerce, FMCG, Beauty, or Agency environments).
  • Strong understanding of customer journey, marketing funnel, and eCommerce content logic.
  • Good storytelling, copywriting, and creative thinking skills.
  • Ability to plan content strategically.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and insights.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and content tools such as Canva, CapCut, Notion, or similar.
  • Good English communication (Thai is a plus).
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, responsible, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
  • Portfolio is required (social content, video scripts, content plans, campaign ideas, or similar).

4. WORKING TIME AND LOCATION:

  • Working time: 9am – 6pm (Mon-Fri)
