Job Description:

  • Financial Management: Work directly with the CEO, Ops, and Tech teams to manage cash flow and establish financial plans for global eCommerce projects.

  • International Transaction Control: Oversee and optimize revenue streams from international marketplaces (Amazon, Etsy, Shopify, etc.) and global payment gateways/e-wallets (PayPal, Stripe, Payoneer, PingPong, etc.).

  • Foreign Exchange (FX) Management: Monitor, analyze, and manage exchange rate risks; ensure efficient cross-border fund transfers and currency conversions.

  • Reconciliation: Perform data reconciliation between sales platforms and internal ERP systems to ensure the accuracy of global revenue and operational costs.

  • Financial Reporting: Prepare management reports and analyze key financial indicators (P&L, Cashflow) to advise the Board of Directors on growth strategies.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3–5 years of experience in a Finance Manager role or equivalent; priority given to candidates from eCommerce, Dropshipping, or Tech/SaaS backgrounds.

  • Industry Expertise:

  • Deep understanding of international eCommerce marketplace operations and cross-border payment flows.

  • Hands-on experience with international e-wallets and proficiency in foreign currency management regulations.

  • Skills & Attributes:

  • English: Professional proficiency (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing) to work with international partners and banks.

  • Sharp logical thinking, strong analytical skills, and the ability to handle complex professional issues.

  • Composed, meticulous, honest, and highly responsible.

  • Tools: Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with ERP/accounting software and project management tools (Jira, Notion) is a plus.
