Job Description:

We are looking for a Business Development Director – Cross-border eCommerce Logistics to lead our global logistics growth strategy. This role focuses on building international partnerships, optimizing fulfillment operations, and expanding our logistics ecosystem to support large-scale eCommerce growth across the U.S., EU, and AU.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and grow PSA’s international logistics network (last-mile, freight, 3PL, fulfillment, warehousing, etc.);

• Design and optimize cross-border supply chains tailored to Print-on-Demand, Dropshipping, and DTC models;

• Lead partnership negotiations and build long-term strategic collaborations in the logistics space;

• Collaborate with operations, tech, and data teams to improve shipping costs, delivery time, and service quality;

• Monitor and improve key logistics KPIs: lead time, cost per shipment, delivery success rate, return/loss rate;

• Identify business opportunities to offer PSA's logistics capabilities as a fulfillment-as-a-service (FaaS) to external merchants or partners;

• Drive global logistics strategy to support scalable, cost-effective eCommerce growth.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in international logistics or cross-border eCommerce operations;

• In-depth knowledge of international shipping, fulfillment, last-mile delivery, and cross-border compliance;

• Proven experience working with platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop US, etc. is a strong advantage;

• Strong negotiation and business development skills, with a partnership-focused mindset;

• Data-driven and KPI-oriented, able to analyze and optimize logistics performance;

• Fluent English is required;

• Visionary mindset with the ability to design and execute long-term strategies.
