We are a startup business which working as Creative House and Production House in Ho Chi Minh City. Novas Agency was established as a creative boutique partner in 2021 and has surprised our clients by providing them with breakthrough influencer marketing, Social Outreach, Tiktok short video & production solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be able to produce original, clear, and effective ideas/messages/scripts/ writing (both traditional & new media), and present these to clients and colleagues;
- Partner with Art Director, Creative Director, Designer, Account...to make the jobs done;
- Develop content short video ideas and have our brands spread out their personalities on TikTok
- Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies and influencers;
- Have a deep understanding of social media platforms (trend, kind of content formats, sounds...) & influencer marketing;
- Have a deep understanding of the online user behavior on social platform
- Have continually updated and maintained familiarity with industry trends and standards.
- Have a chance to make something be crazy on social media.

PORTRAIT OF A POTENTIAL CANDIDATE
1. Experience & Knowledge
- At least 6 month working experience in Communication field / can open for newbie
- If you are a content creator on tiktok, It will be a plus

2. Attitude & Skills:
- Proactive, honest and detail-oriented
- Enjoy working as a part of a team
- Good verbal and written communication skills in Vietnamese (English is plus)
