ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Senior Account Executive (Social Outreach/Influencer Integrated focused), acting as liaison between Client and Agency, ensuring that projects are managed effectively.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Management (60%)

• Maintain communication across all project stages (briefing, proposal & execution).
• Take part in researching, planning, and deploying comprehensive Social Integrated campaigns.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams, ensuring timely & quality deliverables.
• Identify potential issues, prepare solutions, and handle escalations effectively.
• Monitor and implement cost spending accordingly, with the supervision of the line manager.
• Follow up on contracts, payments, reports, etc.
• Participate in presenting to clients in a clear and convincing manner.

Client Management (40%)

• Be a key person in terms of communication with clients on assigned projects.
• Provide solutions & strategic advice to clients.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 3 years of experience of Social Outreach/Influencer Integrated.
• Knowledge of IMC is a plus.
• Good critical thinking, analytical & problem solving abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, verbal and written communication in both Vietnamese & English.
• Must be effective at multitasking, time management, strategic and innovative thinking.
• Good at Microsoft (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
