1. Job Description / Mô tả công việc:

  • Run, monitor, and optimize advertising campaigns across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, Google, Facebook, and YouTube.

  • Identify target audiences and select the most suitable campaign strategies.

  • Track performance metrics and propose daily/weekly optimization plans to achieve campaign goals.

  • Plan, execute, and optimize e-commerce marketing strategies to increase online sales and meet revenue targets.

  • Use analytics tools to track and evaluate key e-commerce performance indicators.

  • Prepare regular performance reports and provide data-driven insights to improve marketing efficiency.

  • Work closely with clients and internal teams to enhance ad performance and support integrated marketing projects.

  • Coordinate with managers on budget planning, monitoring, and cost control.

2. Requirements / Yêu cầu:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position (preferred candidates: familiar with GMV Max, experienced in handling large budgets, or having worked in similar product categories).

  • Experience in FMCG or retail is a plus.

  • Strong understanding of advertising metrics and budget optimization.

  • Experience with Ads Manager, Business Manager, or agency accounts is an advantage.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

  • Proactive, eager to learn, and able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

4. Working Time & Location / Thời gian và địa điểm làm việc:

  • Working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday – Friday).
