[HCM][Agency] ID Communication Group: Recruiting Senior Designer (Event & Activations)

We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-obsessed Senior Designer to bring bold ideas to life across events and brand activations. You’ll be the go-to person for crafting key visuals, adapting them across formats, and turning creative briefs into immersive branded experiences.

Job Description

• Play a dynamic role in the creative department to share & contribute ideas for campaign concept with its 360 degrees communication plan.
• Work under the supervision of Creative Director/ Art Director to develop creative layouts of different materials such as Print Ad, POSM, Merchandising, Event & Digital…
• Work on the detailed art execution– Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

What You’ll Do:

• Concept & Brainstorm: Contribute fresh, exciting ideas during creative discussions and help shape standout activations and event campaigns.
• Design Key Visuals: Develop strong KVs for campaigns, launches, and branding—starting from initial concepts or based on a brief.
• Visual Adaptation: Roll out and adapt visuals across formats: banners, booths, merch, invites, social content, and more.
• Event-Focused Design: Create visual elements that enhance the on-ground experience—stage backdrops, signage, standees, lightboxes, etc.
• Hands-on Execution: Prepare accurate, production-ready FA files aligned with print, digital, or fabrication specs.
• Use AI Tools: Incorporate platforms like Midjourney, Firefly, or ChatGPT for faster mockups, mood boards, and visual exploration.
• Collaborate & Lead: Work closely with creatives, accounts, and producers. Take initiative and provide guidance to junior designers when needed.

Job Requirements:

• Majored in Graphic Design.
• At least 2 years of experience working in the agency environment.
• Excellent skill with design software and technologies (such as Illustrator, Photoshop, KV, AI tools, concept…)
• English speaking.
• Good teamwork spirit & attention to detail.
• “Can do” attitude, able to work under pressure & tight deadline.
