[HCM][Agency] CPM Vietnam: Senior Business & Capability Manager

CPM Vietnam – one member of Omnicom Group – is looking for a strong talent to help drive business growth, strengthen capabilities and bring new retail-tech solutions across Southeast Asia.

This is more than a business development role. We’re looking for someone who can connect commercial opportunities, market needs and technology solutions to create meaningful growth for the business and our partners.

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Senior Business & Capability Manager will play an important role in expanding CPM Vietnam’s business footprint across Vietnam, Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand, while helping shape new capabilities and solutions that respond to the evolving retail landscape.

What you’ll drive
→ Business development and growth opportunities across Vietnam, Malaysia, Singapore & Thailand
→ Adoption of CPM’s retail-tech platform among partners, vendors and clients
→ Product development based on business needs, customer feedback and market trends
→ Development of new solutions such as Retail Media, CMS and AI Camera
→ Regional marketing activities, lead generation and capability-building initiatives
→ Collaboration with internal teams, partners and stakeholders to turn ideas into scalable business solutions

What you bring
→ 3–5 years of experience in an equivalent or relevant role
→ Background in Field/Trade Marketing, Retail, Retail Technology or related industries
→ Strong commercial mindset with good financial acumen
→ Confidence in identifying opportunities, building partnerships and developing solutions
→ Fluent English and the ability to work effectively in a regional environment
→ A proactive, hands-on mindset with the ability to work independently and across multiple stakeholders
