RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Act as a brand ambassador who deeply understands the client’s business to effectively brief and coordinate with internal teams
• Manage day-to-day client communication across all stages: briefing, proposal, contract, production, and campaign execution
• Organize and oversee internal workflows, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards
• Anticipate potential issues and proactively propose solutions
• Manage and control third-party vendors in terms of quality, cost, and timeline
• Participate in strategic and creative development of advertising campaigns, including research, insight generation, and campaign planning
• Brainstorm with Creative teams to craft compelling ideas for IMC and Digital campaigns.
• Prepare and present concept development for advertising campaigns and new business pitches
• Team Management
• Train and manage AE and Account Intern
• Solve team and cross-team problems.
• Maintain the spirit and values of the agency to the team.
• Business Development
• Build and maintain relationship with client's direct working team (middle manager)
• Proactively seek for new business opportunities from current clients.
• Achieve individual and department objectives and results.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2–3 years of experience in account management and/or strategic planning, preferably in advertising or digital agencies
• A proactive Problem Solver with a strong “I CAN DO” attitude — at April, we believe skills can be learned, but a negative mindset will not take us far
• Able to stay calm under pressure, with a strong sense of urgency and responsibility
• Strong in multitasking, time management, presentation, and strategic thinking
• Good English communication skills (both written and verbal)
