ASSIGNMENT 2:
LAUNCHING A NEW WELL-BEING LIFESTYLE BRAND
The context:
Anvie Life is a new well-being ecosystem preparing to launch in Vietnam.
The brand believes that living well should not mean choosing between physical health, financial wellbeing, and meaningful relationships. Instead, it aims to help people build a more balanced life through everyday habits and practical support, so that the most important aspects of life can all be nurtured together.
Its ambition is to establish itself as a modern well-being companion for Millennials in urban Vietnam.
Your Task:
Please explore and present your findings:
-
Market Context: What is happening in Vietnam's well-being landscape today? How are lifestyle and well-being brands currently positioning themselves, and what opportunities do you see for a new brand to enter and differentiate itself?
-
Millennials Insight: What tensions, unmet needs, or cultural shifts are Millennials experiencing in their pursuit of a more balanced and fulfilling life? How do they become interested in well-being, and what influences their decision to embrace a lifestyle brand? Research the key touchpoints, inspirations, barriers, and decision-making process throughout this journey.
-
Launching Strategy: Imagine this brand has no existing awareness or equity. Based on your understanding of the market and consumer journey, how should it introduce itself to consumers? What role should it play in people's lives, what communication territory should it own, and what is the one big brand idea that will help it earn a place in consumers' minds?
-
Communication Framework: How would you bring your proposed brand idea to life? Outline a communication framework (October–December), including major activation ideas, key content pillars, and communication touchpoints that would successfully introduce the brand to the market.
