Position: Group Finance Assistant
- Your job title is Group Finance Assistant.
- You will report to CFO/Group Finance Manager
- Your scope of work will cover several entities implemented in 5 countries within advertising industry.
- You will work in highly motivating international environment across South East Asia
- Your scope of work will cover the following areas:
Accounting
- Prepare payment vouchers, receiving vouchers, invoices and other accounting/financial documents required by the company.
- Process Payments corresponding to the Company operations and policies.
- Work with Banks and Auditors.
- Month end closing reports and analysis
- Follow up receivables and advance clearing schedules
Finance
- Reports: monthly financial statements and other reports required by the company and local laws; reporting package on web based platform.
- Intercompany transactions reconciliation
- Assisting to the budget process
Tax
- Follow and apply the tax regulations
- Submit tax declarations as per local requirements
- Work with Tax officers
Other
- Support KPI deliverables in SEA markets
- Suggest changes in the current structure to improve work efficiency in Finance Department
- Assist, analyze and solve work problems relating to accounting and finance
- Implement internal control policies
- Other tasks and duties as assigned by Board of Managers and/or Finance Manager
Professional profile:
- University degree in Finance/Accounting
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience (min. 1 year in a multinational company)
- Good command of English
- Very good communication skills
- Good command of accounting software and SAP related system
- Very good command of Excel
