JOB DESCRIPTION

Sales Manager

Achieve and surpass monthly goal by activities suggested below, but not limited to:

• Build & manage direct sales team
• Consult and educate customers on influencer marketing & Hiip platform
• Follow up with potential leads to close deals
• Re-approach customers & increase the retention rate
• Initiate, develop partnership program & establish new partnership to increase growth
• Support customers to run campaigns successfully
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, product, operation, influencer and growth team to generate & design growth initiatives

Senior Sales Executive

Achieve and surpass monthly goal by activities suggested below, but not limited to:

• Call to set meeting with potential leads
• Do some research to study about the potential leads
• Meet leads, present about Hiip & Q&A (usually need to travel to their offices)
• Follow up to help leads to create campaigns on Hiip (may suggest them some ideas on influencer campaigns)
• Follow up with list of suitable influencers based on their brief (may need some off platform influencers)
• Follow up to quote price
• Compose, negotiate & finalize contract
• Follow up & make sure full payment from customers
• Monitor campaigns & communicate with customers within campaign
• Ensure necessary reporting and information submitted to BDM
• Support and train juniors

REQUIREMENTS

• Learn fast from mistakes, determine to achieve the goal.
• Identify opportunities quickly, match suitable products/services with customers’ needs
• Present, persuade and negotiate well
• For Sales Manager: Have 3+ years of advertising/digital sales or B2B sales experience with proven sales records
• For Senior Sales Executive: Have 1-2+ years of B2B sales experience with proven sales records
