[HCM][Client] Lalamove: Business Operations Intern Full-time
The opportunity

We are currently seeking for an outgoing, energetic and detail oriented individual to join our Operations team, based in Ho Chi Minh City.
What we seek:
- To build and maintain long term relationship with drivers
- Plan, organize and execute different marketing campaigns and activities for motorbike drivers and app users
- To attract and retain drivers by conducting trainings and handling enquiries
- To provide quality services by general enquiries on social media platforms such as Facebook/WhatsApp/Zalo
- To support office administration such as general clerical work and filing
- To perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
What you’ll need
- 4th year student
- Positive, passionate, proactive, self-initiative and attentive to details
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in written and spoken Vietnamese
- Proficiency in English a plus
- Immediately available is highly preferred
