JOB DESCRIPTION
- Build, manage & lead direct sales team
- Build, manage & retain new key accounts
- Consult and educate customers on influencer marketing & Hiip platform
- Approach potential leads to close deals
- Re-approach customers & increase the retention rate
- Initiate, develop & establish new partners to increase revenue & customer growth
- Support customers to run campaigns successfully
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations and technology team to generate & design revenue growth initiatives
REQUIREMENT
- At least 5 years of business, sales, account development and management in marketing, advertising, digital segment
- 3 year+ experience in building, managing and leading teams with the outstanding track record
- Master of business, sales, account management strategy and execution
- Be good at communication, negotiation, customer relationship management skills
- Be focused with a persistence to achieve company, team and self-target
BENEFIT
- Basic salary + commission + bonus

Working time 9:00- 18:00 From Monday to Friday, time is flexible as long as you deliver your task
