[HCM][Agency] Bồ Công Anh Studio: Account Intern!!!
I. TYPICAL WORK ACTIVITIES
Pre-sale & Pitching:
- Write to new lead/client assigned by the company/account manager to pitch for the job.
- Provide pricing to administration department to make quotation and contract. Follow up with clients on legal information and documents.
After Sale:
- Attend kick-off meeting. Create Design/Creative brief based on client’s request
- Check the daily status of each client’s job(s) in the creative department and monitor the jobs to be completed on time
- Communicate the client’s feedback to the creative department. Ensuring that communication flows effectively
- Review and check if all the amendments are made correctly then send concepts/ design layouts/copy to the client for approval.
- Meeting with clients if required during the project.
- Reply daily request/enquiries from clients. Convey the requests to PM to then assign to the creative department.
Completion:
- Inform Admin department to prepare liquidation and other necessary documents when the project is finished.
- Handling budgets, managing campaign costs and invoicing clients;
- Support with communication to ensure the payment process happens smoothly.
- Other work as designated
Additional tasks:
- Facebook Management for Bo Cong Anh
- Posting PR, Marketing Content related to BCA products on Facebook
- Comment and answer all questions on Facebook

III. JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor in Business, Professional Communication or Marketing (Preferable)
- Be responsible and disciplined.
- Be enthusiastic, honest and creative.
- Possess good thinking, willing-to-learn attitude.
- Punctual, reliable, confident, positive, proactive and organized
- Possess professional working style and be able to work under high pressure.
- Value team work and communication
- Able to converse in English well
- Able to write Professional Business Emails
- Good command of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Basic understanding of the Industry (different design styles and art movements)(Preferable)
Type of work: 3 months working full time from Monday to Friday
Salary: Negotiate
