[HCM][Agency] AdAsia Holdings: Media Planning Manager
What You'll Do
- Work closely with other departments to develop optimum ROI media plans, strategic channel, media approaches that routinely impress and excite clients
- Develop excellent relationships with client's regional and global team, as well as managing cross-departmental issues regarding campaign execution
- Share emerging trends, consumers behavior, digital marketing best practices showcase and performance benchmark across online, social media and mobile internet
- Analyze campaign results to highlight key learnings - and translate those learnings into concise, actionable recommendations so that we can push our work to be even more outstanding
- Supervise member's work and give advice for better productivity
- Improve the workflow and structure within the team to maximize efficiency
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Good command of English and Vietnamese
- 2+ year experience in Digital Marketing Agencies
- 2+ year experience in Media Planning
- 1+ year of leading a team as a leader or manager
- Expert on MS Excel
- Detail-oriented
- Critical thinking and Logical Reasoning
- Passion for digital advertising
- Can-do attitude and positive thinking
