MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the managers to researching and developing client’s leads for the organization’s selling services.
- Join team to brainstorm, following the client’s brief / idea to develop the proposal.
- Cooperate with Account Team to following the client, supporting and connecting the team during the project.
- Cooperate with Account Team Taking care for the customer relationship before, during and after the sales-service.
- Compliance with tasks assigned from superiors.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Management, PR.
- Do love the sales & marketing job.
- Good communication & presentation skill.
- Having negotiation skills.
- Able to work well in high pressure environment.
- Able to work with team or independent working.
- Be aware of caring relationships with customers.
SKILLS:
- Teamwork, goal oriented, detail oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator.
- Good communication skill in English is a must.
- Good skill of Microsoft Power Point or similar Present App is a must.
- Handling stressful situations and deadline pressure well.
- Time-management skills and the ability to work under pressure to ensure the efficient running of an event.
- Problem-solving, crisis management skills is a must.
- Passionate and driven in everything you do, and filtering that approach through the teams and the organization as a whole.
