[HCM][Agency] Wolf Academy Of Marketing: Marketing Communication Manager

YOU WILL DELIVER:

• Together with Brand Manager to create deep understanding of current Target Customers, their Insights to address customer needs and problems

• Develop creative ideas and content direction

• Select proper touch points both traditional, digital tools, printing as well as integrated solution.

• Setting budget and managing ROI.

• Analyze the effectiveness of Communication activities and report.

• Conduct internal/ external class on marketing communication .

• Report to Marketing Director.

WHO WE NEED:

• Bachelor’s Degree of Marketing, Business Administration, and related fields.

• At least 5-10 years of experience in the field of Marketing.

• Experience in management, Marketing project monitoring.

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English.

• Should possess leadership quality, believe in planning, applied methodology and teamwork.

• Excellent presentation and training skills.

• Candidate who is careful and have strong organizational skills is preferred.
