[HCM][Client] AIA: Brand Marketing, Assistant Manager

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing and multi-media advertising initiatives, across social, digital, mobile, tv, print, PR and editorial, outdoor, and events, to drive category growth
  • Manage production schedules and project delivery. Engage and oversee external vendors and work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes
  • Manage and nurture external relations with agency stakeholders, marketing partners, and strategic partners, if any
  • Support the implementation of brand strategy, customer strategy, product strategy, and other project and CSR initiatives
  • Implement a digital strategy that is responsive to current consumer behaviour in learning and purchasing
  • Develop and drive internal communications in close partnership with HR to meet employee engagement objectives

Required Experience

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; strong copywriting capability is required.
  • Track record of 3-6 years in marketing, product, sales and distribution, or related field.
  • Detailed oriented with an ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working knowledge of digital highly recommended; knowledge and comfort with social media platforms, apps and mobile platforms.
  • Awareness of current culture and trends in consumer behavior.
  • Comfortable with the financial services environment and in marketing financial products.
