Havas Riverorchid PR is looking for an experienced Digital Media Planner. Working with Digital PR Manager. The Digital Media Planner will play a key role in delivering our digital technology media performance and strategy as part of our wider brand communications service offerings. Responsible for the day­ to-day management, consultation and evaluating of our Digital technology & media performance activities, from start to finish.

• AGENCY EXPERIENCE:

You have worked with communications- digital on a professional level for at least 2 years.

• INTERNATIONAL SKILLS:

You feel comfortable discussing strategies and presenting ideas to targeted audience. Fluency in English, written and oral, is mandatory.

• PASSION FOR EXCELLENCE:

You fall in love with high demands and perfection in every detail, from start to finish, from idea to implementation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Day-to-day Responsibilities, Tasks, and Duties

• Manage Digital Media projects, from start to finish. Ensure providing top quality work that meet up to expectation of the clients.

• Provide the client-service philosophy point of service. Make available to clients strategic Digital counsel. • Guarantee account profitability. Handle all issues relating to budget, including budget management. • Get informed about latest Digital technology and social tactics, platform in preparation for opportunities to apply such in fulfilling goals of the organization and its clients.

• Have good mastery of industry trends and knowledge, along with full understanding of clients' needs. • Research & develop latest Digital Media trend to optimize Media performance and budget to achieve the client’s expectation and company business growing

• This is not meant to be an exhaustive list of duties. The need for flexibility is required and the post holder is expected to carry out any other related duties that are within the employee's skills and abilities whenever reasonably instructed. REQUIREMENTS Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities

• Expert's degree in related studies, like Digital Communications, Advertising and marketing • Google & Facebook certificate is required to guarantee basic Media skills (Facebook Advertising, Google Advertising and Local Digital Media Buying)

• Experience in working with agencies

• Have good understanding regarding account leadership, client service, and public relations works

Passion for both digital and traditional communications • Ability to create balance between plan execution and strategic thinking • Ability to think independently and to manage timeline flawlessly • Willingness to travel outside the office environment and sometimes overseas.
