[HN][Agency] Mix Digital Agency: Looking for Media Team Leader
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage/grow up our Media team to be a strong & unbeatable team
- Be responsible for digital advertising strategy & planning tasks
- Present digital advertising proposal to our clients
- Daily oversee performance tracking & optimisation activities in media campaigns to make sure our campaigns on track and results are exceeded expectation
- Liaise with creative team to produce high effective ad creatives
- Be responsible for developing media team members via training sessions & on-the-job training
- Update & apply new media tools/channels to client works
- Join agency’s BODs to contribute directions/ideas to grow it up
REQUIREMENT:
- At least 3 year experience in digital advertising.
- Facebook Ad/Google Ad experience is a must-have.
- Demonstrated management skill
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Successful track record managing multiple assignments
- Good English reading skill
